The Retention & Support Officer will improve the retention of learners, particularly apprentices, by supporting their personal and professional development and providing a solution-focused approach to removing any barriers to learning and engagement. This will involve working collaboratively with the Operations team, Safeguarding Team, employers, parents/carers and external agencies to identify at-risk learners and facilitate necessary support interventions

£25,197 to £30,817 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience
The Trainer will deliver English and Maths Functional Skills (and potentially any other qualifications as funding rules change or as required by the company). The aim is to improve the career prospects and motivation of people from diverse backgrounds, both in the workplace within Apprenticeships and other programmes, and in-house as required. This can be achieved through one-to-one, group work, structured taught sessions and other innovative activities to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and suitable progression.
